The start of something new...

It is highly probable that this time tomorrow, I will be officially retired from almost 31 years in the oil and gas industry. I call this blog "Checking off the Bucket List" because I am a recent melanoma cancer survivor and just like Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman in the movie "The Bucket List", I am determined to enjoy life to the fullest without the interference of a career and while my health still permits me. The first step is to twist off and go careening down an uncharted path to wherever my fancy (and RV) take me.
